People can be cruel
People can stigmatise
People can laugh at me
People can believe that I am crazy
I’ve learned to ignore
I don’t need to explain
I don’t need to apologise for how I feel
I always believe in my conscience

I no longer am afraid
To speak my mind
I never intend to hurt anybody
I hope they don’t hurt me
