I was cautious
Didn’t want any disclosure
I hid my illness
I hid my devastating act
But when I’ve open up
When there’s no secret
I have a chance to recover
I fight stigmatization
I fight discrimination
I fight with words
I fight with honesty
I fight with music
I fight with hope
That one day people
Can see mental illness
As any kind of sickness
There’s no need to stigmatize
There’s no need to discriminate
