Looking back a few days when I was upset, stressed and unhappy because of the lockdown, but by the next morning I felt happy again and have even felt much better. I got over it by doing something constructive by self-actualising like reading and picking up French again; by work like working on my play; by recreation like going for walks, playing the piano, watching movies, watching musicals on YouTube. Each day has gone by so quickly and I am calm and peaceful and happy.
