I once harboured a secret
For reason of protection
Yet, I dwelled in depression
All pleasures were taken
Now I’ve disclosed my secret
My journey of recovery has started
What’s so shameful about mental health problems
I realise differently
No stigmatisation can harm me
So think twice before you stigmatise
I am ten times stronger than you
Because I reveal my disability
